I am a big fan of honey mustard and have always said there should be a blog that rates and reviews the different types. So, I did it. I recently made the Instagram @asideofhoneymustard. The page is new but I have been gaining followers everyday. I designed the logo, do my own photography, and also create honey mustard themed designs to promote the page.
Alex Giampapa Comedy Posters
These posters are for comedian, Alex Giampapa's Stand Up schedules. I design him a new poster for some months for his up coming shows. I always use the same typeface and structure to stay consistence and so that the posters look like a family. The posters with photographs were taken and editted by me.
VDA Holiday Card
These are my holiday designs for the VDA Productions Postcard.
For the 2018 going into 2019 card, the gift for clients was reusable straws. The card went with the theme for environmental friendly.
For the 2017 holiday card, I designed it to give off the snowy feel of being by the fireplace during a holiday. I used the colors for the VDA logo to tie everything together.
Then for 2016, I went with a gloomy snow-feel design because it's that time of year in New England. Along with that imagery I went with a clean typeface and combined it with the image.
Save the Arts
This is a rebrand for the foundation, Save the Arts that supports arts in school systems. This was created for my Senior Portfolio at MassArt. I designed the homepage and program pages. I also created an advertisement for someone to donate and support visual arts. The site suggests that each of the programs would also have a similar video advertisement.
This project is dedicated to a time in my life when I was a teenager and felt that life just wasn't fair, but I had a perfectly fine life. This was designed for my Senior Portfolio at MassArt. During that stage, I'd listen to music to "vent" to. This stuff is embarrassing to admit and I define them as "Former Angsty Confessions." Even though we used to do embarrassing things as teenagers, this music is still our favorite and when it comes up on shuffle you know it's against the law to change the song since you know every lyric. I created a tribute to that time in all our lives. The catalog portraits were photographed by me and the writing was also written by me. I also designed a website that one can listen to the music on, read Angsty Confessions, and post their own angsty confession.
Story Explorer was a service designed to promote education in a fun and interactive way, through easily accessible technology and hands on learning. This was a group project at MassArt. An interactive website teaches children the fundamentals of reading and writing through fun interactive themed games. Allowing children to pick and choose their favorite characters to take them on adventures in the places they want to explore, lets the child feel more in control of their learning. While parents have the option to monitor their child's progress and tailor the site to best suite their child's needs. Parents and children are also able to order a book kit that will allow the child to build their own story at home. The kit allows the child to put themselves in their stories while learning through a more hands on approach at the same time. Once their stories are complete they can be sent back in, so the parent and child can receive a professionally bound book that can be read over and over, or even given as a gift.
DELL EMC's VM World
These are renderings for Dell EMC's VM World. These is a big event for them where they sell their products. My boss draws out the room and structure. I then add the logos, walls, screens, lighting, seating, text, and people. You can then see the real event photos of the results.
This project is a rebrand for the home video workout, Insanity; done for my Senior Portfolio at MassArt. The logo concept is the combination of gold, achieving something and sweat, because of the work out. I created a brand book that explains the new logo and when it is used. The work out only comes with a paper and pen to track your work out, so I designed an app that will be a much easier way to track it.
This project was done at MassArt for my Senior Portfolio is a commercial for a website I designed to help people, specifically ages 18-24 with their credit score through helpful tips via video and monitoring their credit score. Graphics and video created by me. The wireframes were created using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The video was created using Keynote.
FICP Annual Conference
Our client, FICP wanted a stage for their annual conference. My boss drew our the room and then I added the colors, lighting, screens, and graphics to show the different options. I also created GIFs to show how the screens can change. You can then see pictures from the real event.
This was a booth I designed for Digital H20 when I was a contract designer at SAC Designs. The booth mock up was for a trade show the company was in. Once this design was approved, it was printed on fabric and created for the show.
This magazine was designed and photographed by me for my MassArt Senior Portfolio. The subject is on sex appeal and shows the different spreads that are featured in the magazine. The last cover is "next month's issue" on Tomorrow's generation.
